How to Make Gourmet S'mores

It’s hard to think of a more enjoyable way to spend a summer’s eve than sitting around a campfire with friends, making s’mores and enjoying the outdoors. We’re all familiar with traditional s'mores, that delicious combination of graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows that instantly brings back memories of childhood and summer camp. This summer, get a little fancy at the campfire and impress your friends and fellow campers with these easy, creative and delicious gourmet s’more recipes:

Not only does this s’more look extra pretty, but it tastes absolutely delicious. Use traditional graham crackers and marshmallows, but replace milk chocolate with a light white chocolate. Add in some sliced strawberries and voila, you’ve got yourself a gourmet s’more.

You’d be hard pressed to find someone who wasn’t a fan of a good ‘ol peanut butter & banana sandwich, so we’re confident this will be a hit at your next bonfire. Simple smear peanut butter on your graham cracker, and add in some sliced bananas in addition to the marshmallows and chocolate.

For an extra tasty treat, try replacing graham crackers with chocolate chip cookies the next time you are making s’mores at the campfire. The heat from the marshmallow will help warm the cookies, making it seem as though they are fresh from the oven!

Add some spice to your campfire with the cinnamon chocolate s’more. Simply sprinkle cinnamon and chili powder on dark chocolate before combining it with marshmallows and graham crackers to give your s’more an extra tasty kick.
