Equine Assisted Learning
Horses have an extraordinary ability to sense what words cannot say. They are honest, present, and deeply perceptive — which makes them remarkable partners in the work of self-discovery, communication, and healing. Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) is a powerful, experiential approach to personal growth that takes place at the paddock, in relationship with our horses and a trained facilitator.
No riding experience is required. EAL is not about horsemanship — it is about you. Through guided ground-based interactions with our horses, participants are invited to explore patterns of behaviour, emotion, and connection in a way that is immediate, embodied, and often profoundly moving.
*All EAL sessions are facilitated by a trained professional and take place at the stables on the property. Sessions are available by advance booking.
Yoga
Unroll your mat somewhere unexpected. Our yoga sessions are offered in our outdoor pavilion, surrounded by trees, birdsong, and the kind of natural light that makes every pose feel a little more intentional. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or stepping onto a mat for the first time, our sessions are thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are.
Grounding flows, gentle stretching, and breath-centred movement come together in a setting that does half the work for you. When nature is your studio, slowing down comes naturally.
Sound Healing in the Forest
Let sound do what silence sometimes cannot. Our forest sound healing sessions use resonant instruments — singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational tools — to guide you into a deeply relaxed and receptive state. Nestled among the trees, the natural acoustics of the forest amplify the experience in a way that no indoor space can replicate.
Sound healing works on both the nervous system and the emotional body, easing tension, quieting mental chatter, and inviting a meditative stillness that can be difficult to access in daily life. You will simply lie back in a hammock, close your eyes, and let the sound carry you.
