Come join us at Whispering Springs Wilderness Retreat this summer and fall for two nights & three days of health and body wellness and rejuvenation at our Health+Harvest Retreat. We will be offering a unique blend of yoga and relaxation, along with seasonal and fresh farm-to-table meals, as well as a wellness workshop with a Holistic Nutritionist. You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, with a new outlook on your health and your life.
What to expect
Each morning your day will begin with a healthy & wholesome breakfast basket delivered to your tent, followed by an activating yoga practice specific to your needs and body type. Our yoga classes will be held in our lodge-inspired outdoor guest pavilion, which overlooks our picturesque spring-fed pond.
During the retreat we will hold a wellness workshop with a Holistic Nutritionist, who will discuss relevant lifestyle and dietary topics to improve your life and your health. You will learn about the small changes you can make to your diet and daily habits that can have a positive and profound impact on your life and wellbeing.
During your free time you are welcome to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery by our saltwater pool and therapeutic hot tub, or explore the forest trails and hidden beach volleyball court. After a fresh & delicious vegetarian dinner, we will come together around a cozy campfire to share stories and discoveries as we grow and learn together.
Accommodations will be provided in our unique and rustic log-framed safari tents. Our glamping accommodations allow you to feel connected to nature without compromising comfort and convenience. Each safari tent has an ensuite washroom with hot & cold running water, and can accommodate between 1-3 individuals. Our accommodations are strategically situated throughout the property to maximize your privacy and peace during your glamping retreat.
