Come join us at Whispering Springs Wilderness Retreat this fall for two nights & three days of therapeutic health and body alignment. We will be offering a unique blend of relaxation, yoga and meditation along with a full spectrum health analysis and body reset. You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, with a new outlook on your health and your life.

What to expect

Each morning your day will begin with a healthy & alkalizing green smoothie and a meditative forest walk, followed by an activating yoga practice specific to your needs and body type. Our yoga classes will be held in our lodge-inspired outdoor guest pavilion, which overlooks our picturesque spring-fed pond.

During the retreat, each guest will have a one-on-one session with our onsite Holistic Nutritionist & Microscopist to discuss your health concerns, as well as your goals and aspirations. This will be followed by a blood analysis, to learn about your specific sensitivities and overall state of your health. Before you leave Whispering Springs Wilderness Retreat you will be provided with a personalized wellness program and recommendations to improve your diet and your health.

Following a healthy, plant-based vegetarian lunch, you will have the opportunity to participate in a health coaching & alkalinity seminar before joining in a restorative gentle yoga class. During your free time you are welcome to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery by our saltwater pool and therapeutic hot tub, or explore the forest trails and hidden beach volleyball court. After a fresh & delicious vegetarian dinner, we will come together around a cozy campfire to share stories and discoveries as we cleanse and grow together.


Accommodations will be provided in our unique and rustic log-framed safari tents. Our glamping accommodations allow you to feel connected to nature without compromising comfort and convenience. Each safari tent has an ensuite washroom with hot & cold running water, and can accommodate between 2-4 individuals. Our accommodations are strategically situated throughout the property to maximize your privacy and peace during your glamping retreat.

Chris Corcoran is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Live/Dry Blood Microscopist. He is a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, the industry leader in training nutrition professionals. Chris’s passion lies in educating others on how to take full control of their physical and emotional health in a way that is effective, lasting and results driven. Chris believes that your body can only be as healthy as the level of life that precedes it, and therefore wants to take you on a journey to the foundational building blocks of life – the living cells that make all life possible. Adina Veselinovic, CYT

Adina Veselinovic is a Certified Yoga Instructor who has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 10 years. Trained at Peak Beings in Hawaii, Adina has previously worked at The Yoga Forest in Guatemala, where she assisted in numerous yoga & wellness retreats. At Galiano Inn & Spa, off the coast of British Columbia, Adina specialized in providing customized and private yoga lessons to suit her client’s needs. Adina is an experienced vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free cook, and has a background in ayurvedic practices and medicines. She is extremely knowledgeable in creating customized meal plans that are specific to an individual’s body type, blood type and food sensitivities. Specialties: Yoga, digestive wellness, food allergies & intolerances, healthy cooking/meal planning, diet and detoxification, elimination diets.
