What’s growing at Whispering Springs: Grand Opening

It’s been a few days and we’ve finally recovered from the weekend’s festivities. We would like to thank everyone who came out to support us on our Grand Opening over the weekend. It was our honour to share this special place with all of you and to showcase the hard work of our dedicated team. It was a great night with family, old friends, new friends & neighbors. We have a few special ‘thank-yous’ to make to some of the many superstars of the weekend.

A big thank you to the Corcoran clan, and the Nagy and Fisher families for all of your hardwork before , during, and after the Grand Opening festivities. Also, a very special thanks to Alexa Mensen for the stunning floral arrangements that graced the Pavilion and the Watering Hole Guest Lounge & Bar and to Deepak Bhathal and Brad Shrum for being masters of the grill. And we can’t forget about our bar stars David Navia and David Fisher, who kept our guests well lubed and entertained throughout the night, and Keith Baker who blew everyone away with a magical fireworks celebration.

And last but most definitely not least, a huge thank you to Marijo Cuerrier from Dtour Creative for all of her hard work not only at our Grand Opening, but over the past year. From your photography and design skills to your marketing expertise, we would be lost without you! We are now busy preparing for our first guests and a full house over Labour Day Weekend. We hope to see everyone again soon at Whispering Springs Wilderness Retreat.
