We have been planting, preparing and nurturing our gardens all summer long just for this special occasion. Our gardens are brimming with delicious & organic veggies that we will be serving at our healthy and vegetarian farm-to-table meals. Our focus we will be on eating fresh, seasonal meals that nourish your body and your soul. Along with harvesting herbs and vegetables from our own garden, we will also be utilizing our grass-fed chicken eggs and produce from local farms in Northumberland.

It also offers the ideal temperature for outdoor activities, including yoga in our outdoor pavilion and hikes under the forest canopy. Our talented yoga instructor will guide you through daily yoga classes that will invigorate your body and relax your mind, while being surrounded by the beauty of nature. She will also take you on a guided meditative forest walk through our old growth forest and prairie-savanna ecosystem, helping you ground and connect to nature.
